Origin of dish:  Europe

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (serves 8):


1- Put all the ingredients, except the almonds and raisins, together in a saucepan.
2- Steep over a low heat for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse. Do not boil.
3- Allow to cool slightly before serving in heat-proof glasses, with almonds and raisins sprinkled on top.
Advice: Glogg is a Scandanavian christmas drink, it is a not too distant relative of mulled wine, with more of a kick.
