Ingredients (serves 4):
Method: Bring milk to boil, together with coffee essence.
1 teaspoon coffee essence
3 tablespoon sweetener
Beat together eggs and sweetner.
Add milk mixture, while stirring constantly.
Share out into four ramequins, and cool in a bain-marie in the oven for 20 mins at 120°C (250°).
Serve warm or cold.
