Ingredients (serves 4):
1 small onion
Method: 1-Dice cucumber and onion and mix into a salad bowl.
1/2 pint of natural yogurt
2 hard-boiled eggs
Roughly-chopped sultanas and nuts of choice to taste
2-Chop up freshly boiled egg and add to bowl.
3-Add all other ingredients and mix together.
