Ingredients (serves 6):Method: 1-Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt over boiling water until smooth.
2-Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until smooth and Cream like.
3-Add the creme fresce and whip together until everything is combined.
4-Crack the egg into a cup and whisk with a fork. Add small bits and whisk until each little bit is combined.
5-Sift the flour into a bowl and add it to the cake mix.
6-By this time the chocolate should have melted. leave to cool slightly and add to the chocolate to the cake mix.
