Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

1-Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt over boiling water until smooth.

2-Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until smooth and Cream like.

3-Add the creme fresce and whip together until everything is combined.

4-Crack the egg into a cup and whisk with a fork. Add small bits and whisk until each little bit is combined.

5-Sift the flour into a bowl and add it to the cake mix.

6-By this time the chocolate should have melted. leave to cool slightly and add to the chocolate to the cake mix.
Advice: Step 4 - DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH EGG AT A TIME, OR THE CAKE MIX WILL CURDLE!

Step 6 - Make sure the chocolate is cool. If it is still hot when you add it to the cake mix it will scramble the eggs - now you dont want that in your cake!
