Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Wash and remove the seeds from the grapes.
Place the grapes in individual gratin pots.
Put the egg yolks, sweetener and cinammon into a pan.
Place in a bain-marie and leave for 5-6 minutes.
Add the wine little by little and whip until you get a mousse texture.
Pour into the pots and place under the grill for 4 minutes.
