Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and sugar. 2. Add the grated coconut.
3. Pour into individual ramekins.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring half way.
5. Serve cold.
Advice: Recommended drinks: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino
