Ingredients (serves 6):
1 250g bar of milk chocolateMethod: Shell the peanuts, removing the husks and brown skin and put into a cup.
1 big pack of peanuts
Half-fill a large saucepan with water and heat gently.
Put a small pan inside and melt the chocolate with it, adding a tablespoonful of water and mixing.
Add the peanuts and mix.
Divide into roughly 8 portions, arrange on a sheet of foil, leave to cool and then remove from the foil.
