Ingredients (serves 2):Method: 1- Peel the carrot and onion and finely chop them and cabbage.
2- Slice the sausage and put it all into a casserole dish. Crumble over 2 vegetable stock cubes and cover with boiling water.
3- Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes. Thicken the gravy with a teaspoon of thickening granules or sauce flour.
