Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1. Remove the seeds from the artichokes.
2. Cook them in a pan for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Set aside on a plate.
4. Place the slices of foie gras in the pan on a high heat for 1 minute and then place them on the artichokes.
5. Deglaze your pan with a little balsamic vinegar.
6. Drizzle over the canapes and serve immediately.
