Chocolate and orange rolls

Ingredients (serves 6):


Melt the chocolate. Whip the eggs, yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the 200g butter, then the chocolate and orange zest. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the overn to 210°C (th.7). Melt 50g butter, and spread over the wraps or pancakes.

Place 1 tsp of the chocolate mixture and 1tsp marmalade into the centre of each wrap or pancake. Fold the sides in and roll.

Place on cooking paper, drizzle with the rest of the melted butter and cook in the oven for 5-15 minutes or until golden, depending on whether you use wraps or pancakes. Serve immediately.

Advice: Chocolate and banana also works well
