Oven baked potatoes

Type of cooking:  Oven
 
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):

    1 kg potatoes, approx 80g each

Method:

Wash the potatoes and cut each one in half.
Place skin-down on a baking tray.
Bake for 30 - 50 minutes at 200° C (th: 6-7)
Serve hot with fillings.
