Lamb in mustard

Cooking time: 120 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6):


1-Create three pockets in the top of the leg of lamb

2-Put a clove of garlic in each pocket

3-Grate the sea salt over the lamb [enhances flavour]

4 - Distribute the rosemary

5 - Pour the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and the wine over the joint

6 - smother the joint in the mustard
Advice: This dish is best cooked at 150 degrees for 2.5 to 3 hours
