Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Chop up chicken and coat in yoghurt. Leave for at least 2 hours to marinate.
Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and fry onions, chopped garlic, chopped chillies and grated ginger until golden.
Add coriander, raisins, rice and stock, cover and simmer for around 12 minutes.
Separate chicken from yoghurt, throw away yoghurt and fry chicken in 2tbsp oil for a few minutes. Add to rice and cook for another 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the mixture is piping hot.
