Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

1-peel the cucumbers then cut them into thin slices

2-cut the tomatoes into 6

3-then add the tin of sweetcorn

4-add the creme fraiche

5-add vinegar (about 2 full mugs)

6-add about 8 tablespoons of salt

7-enjoy its ready
Advice: you can always add up more vinegar or salt if you prefer it stronger
