Turkey and broccoli stir-fry

Ingredients (
serves 4
):
600g
turkey
breast
1 bunch of
broccoli
(around 300g)
2
carrots
1 bunch of spring
onions
200g tinned water
chestnuts
2 tbsp sunflower oil
5 tbsp
wok
sauce
2 tbsp grilled
sesame seeds
Method:
Chop the
turkey
.
Remove the heads from the
broccoli
and clean. Peel the
carrots
and cut them up finely. Peel the
onions
and chop them into round slices and drain the water
chestnuts
.
Heat the oil in your
wok
, add the meat and season. Add the vegetables and cook for 5-10 minutes, tossing and mixing constantly. Add the
chestnuts
and cook for a further minute until they're heated and season with
sauce
.
Serve sprinkled with
sesame seeds
, accompanied with
rice
.
