Broccoli with peanuts and macadamia nuts

Ingredients (serves 4):


Wash the broccoli and separate the heads. Heat the stock, rice wine and wok sauce in your wok and cook the broccoli in it for 8-10 min (according to the size of the broccoli heads).

Crush the macadamia nuts and peanuts, heat the sugar in a pan, caramelise and nuts and set aside.

Drain the broccoli and serve sprinkled with nuts and soy sauce.

Enjoy on its own or with meat or fish.
