Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1- chop up garlic, peppers and onion
2 -mix with the water and chopped tomatoes and stir, simmer in a saucepan
3 - take the skin off the chicken, and season with a mix of flour, salt, pepper and thyme.
4 - fry the chicken until slightly golden, then put in a casserole dish.
5 - pour in the onion, peppers, tomatoes and water mix and stir.
6 - put in the oven for roughly an hour
7 - halfway through cooking time stir
8 - cook your rice etc and serve when the chicken is fully cooked
