Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Peel the cucumber and chop in half. Remove the seeds and cut the cucumber into cubes.
Wash 15 radishes and cut into slices.
Blend the cucumber and radishes with the fromage frais and ice cubes until you get a creamy mixture.
Pour into glasses and serve garnished with the remaining radishes and chopped chives.
