Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1- Chop carrots, celery and onion.
2- Cook mince, stirring until browned.
3- Peel potatoes and cook in boiling water.
4- Add vegetables (not potatoes) to mince and cook for 5 mins.
5- Add water.
6- Cook for 20 mins then stir in a tablespoonful of gravy granules.
7- Put mince mixture into casserole dish.
8- Drain and mash potatoes with a little butter and milk.
9- Spread potato mixture on top and smooth with fork.
10- Cook at Regulo 5 for about 15 mins or until slightly browned.
