Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6):Method: 1-sir fry the tofu in a frying pan with a bit of oil.
2-when the tofu is half cooked add curry sauce and mixed veg.
3-sir well together and simmer at med/low heat for 20min or untill the veg is cooked.
4- mean while cook basmati rice for 20 min or till done.
5-then plate up: put basmati rice on plate and pour sauce over rice.
