Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


Break off the claws, shell the crabs completely, and keep the coral for the sauce.

Peel the grapefruit and orange, keeping the juices for the sauce.

Peel and dice the tomatoes and onion into small pieces.

Mix the coral with all the ingredients for the sauce.

Place the tomato and onion cubes at the bottom of small glasses.

Add the crab (in breadcrumb form) and the sauce.

Place the grapefruit and orange segments.

Add more sauce and finish with the crab claws.

Decorate with fresh herbs.
Advice: Add a touch of the exotic to your recipe by replacing the tomatoes with mangoes.
