Origin of dish:  North America
Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients (serves 8):


1. Beat together sugar and margarine and add flour.

2. Put into a lined and greased brownie tin and bake at 180C for 15 minutes.

3. Put sugar, margarine and condensed milk in pan and boil for 4 minutes. Spread on top of biscuit base and allow to cool.

4. Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water and spread over biscuit and filling. Allow to almost set and cut into squares.
