Ingredients:Method: 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 6).
2. Butter the cupcake moulds.
3. Mix in a container the almond powder, sugar, the flour, and vanilla.
4. Whip the egg whites in a firm foam with a pinch of salt.
5. Melt the butter in a pan and add it to the preparation.
6. Pour into the moulds and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Un-mould after taking out of the oven.
