Cooking time: 60 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1-Fry onion and garlic until translucent.
2-Add mince to onions and brown.
3-Add all other ingredients, stir well.
4-Leave to simmer for as long as possible really, an hour will do or as little as 20 mins!
5-Top with grated cheese.
6-Serve with rice, jacket potatoes, wraps or on top of nachos.
