Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1-Fry onion and garlic until golden brown in a wok.
2-Add mince, cook on medium heat until cooked.
3-Add chopped green pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
4-Add chilli powder, salt and tomato puree, stir.
5-Add mushrooms and kidney beans and stir.
6-Dissolve the oxo cube in 400ml water in a jug and pour into the wok, stir, bring to the boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
