Corned beef hash

Origin of dish:  UK
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1-Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.

2-Peel and cut carrots into chunks.

3-Peel and finely chop onions.

4-Put everything except corned beef into pan and cover with stock.

5-Bring to boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes. Add diced corned beef to heat up.

6-It's ready when potatoes and carrots can be pierced easily with a knife.

7-Thicken with a few gravy granules.
Advice: You can double up or half the ingredients. It's all about your own taste and how many you are feeding.
It is also better if you cook in the morning to have in the evening. You don't need as much gravy granules as it thickens on standing.
