Cooking time: 60 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1-Put mince onion and carrots in a large pan of water and cook for 30 minutes then add stock cubes.
2-Make scones out of short crust pastry.
3-Pour contents of pan into oven proof dish and arrange scones on top. Cook in a preheated oven for 30 minutes and serve with new potatoes and vegetables.
