Roasted fennel

Origin of dish:  France
Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):

    - 2 fennel bulbs
    - 100ml olive oil
    - 1 lemon
    - salt, pepper
    - 1 clove of garlic


Clean the fennel and blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Drain them, cut into slices and marinate in the mixture of oil, seasoned lemon and chopped garlic for 1 - 2 hours.

Roast them for about 10 minutes while turning them.

Serve with a meat of your choice.
