Nectarine crumble

Origin of dish:  UK
Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients (serves 5):


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut the nectarines in 2, remove the core and cut in quarters.

Place them in an oven-proof dish.

Sprinkle the lemon juice on top and powder with sugar.

Preparation of the crumble:
Put a pinch of salt in the flour then add the butter cut in small pieces.
Mix with the fingers to obtain crumbs.
Add the sugar and the chocolate chips.

Sprinkle the crumble over the nectarines using a fork.

Put in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes (until the top becomes brown).
Serve warm.
