200g powdered almonds
Method: In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar and the almonds, add the egg white until smooth.
200g powdered sugar
1 egg white mixed with 2 teaspoons of bitter almond essence/extract
With a teaspoon, roll dough into balls the size of a little nut.
Place them on a baking sheet, not too close to each other.
Bake them for 15 minutes at 350°F.
Sprinkle with the powdered sugar once you take them out of the oven.
