Ingredients (serves 6):Method: 1-Heat the oil in the pan and add the onions and garlic. Cook until slightly softened and browned.
2-Add minced beef and cook until brown, stirring often.
3-Cut fat from bacon using scissors and cut into small pieces, then add to the pan.
4-Cook for 1 minute, stirring often, before adding the tinned tomatoes and tomato puree.
5-Add spices and season to taste.
6-Bring to boil and simmer on a lower heat for 30 minutes.
