Ingredients (serves 6):Method: Soak the raisins in a glass of hot water.
Preheat the oven to 210° (GM 7).
Mix the flour, yeast and eggs in a bowl, add the roquefort in little pieces and the crème fraîche. Drain the raisins and add to the mixture.
Grease a cake tin and pour the mixture in, then bake, reducing the temperature to 180°C or GM 6.
Cook for 35 minutes and leave to cool before removing from the tin and tasting!
