Ingredients (serves 6):Method: 1- Preheat the oven to 180° (GM 6).
2- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and the feta into little cubes.
3- Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl.
4- Break the eggs into the centre of the flour and gradually add the milk and oil.
5- Add the freshly-chopped basil, tomatoes, olives and feta.
6- Pour into a litre cake tin and bake for 35 minutes. Wait a few minutes before removing from the tin.
7- Serve hot or cold, in slices or little cubes.
