Tomato sorbet

Origin of dish:  France

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (serves 8):


Blend the chopped tomatoes, lime juice and syrup (made from mixing the water and sugar) until you get a thin purée. Add the muscat. Refrigerate and then use a sorbet/ice cream maker or freeze to turn to ice (if you use a freezer, remember to stir regularly). Garnish with fresh mint leaves to serve.
