Chocolate bananas

Origin of dish:  Europe

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6):


Peel the bananas and cut them into slices, then place in a bowl.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of rum on top, then mix carefully.

Break the chocolate into pieces, put in a saucepan and melt with a little bit of water over a low heat.
When the chocolate melts, put in the crème fraiche, 1 tablespoon of sugar, the coffee and the vanilla. Stir and pour it over the bananas.

Place in the fridge to cool.
