Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):

    400ml cranberry juice
    3 tablespoons grenadine syrup
    3 gelatine sheets

Method:

Soak the gelatine sheets in a bowl of cold water.
Heat up the cranberry juice, add the grenadine syrup and mix well.
Squeeze out the water from the gelatine then dissolve it in the liquid (which should be hot but not boiling). Mix and pour into small glasses.

Leave to cool completely then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serve cold with sweets for decoration.
