Ingredients (serves 6):Method: Cut the meat into thin strips then brown it in an oiled casserole dish.
Rinse, peel and thinly slice the vegetables. Set to one side.
When the meat starts to brown, add the soy sauce and vegetables, then sauté over a high heat for 7 to 10 minutes so they remain crunchy.
Next, add the beansprouts, sprinkle with paprika and Cayenne powder then leave to simmer for a few minutes, stirring from time to time.
Serve with basmati rice.
