Lemon, salmon roe and mascarpone pasta

Ingredients (serves 4):


Remove the lemon zest, grate finely and squeeze the lemon.
Wash and chop the dill or chives.
Heat the mascarpone very gently unti lukewarm. Add the lemon zest and juice, cover and let the flavours mix.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as indicated on the packet. Drain thoroughly.
Pour the lemon mascarpone into a bowl, mix in the pasta, herbs and salmon roe.
Serve immediately.
