Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Prepare the pancake mixture.
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Make a well and break the eggs into it, then mix. Next, add the oat milk and oil until the mixture becomes smooth (if necessary, use a blender).
Set aside for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove the core and pips, and thinly slice them.
Heat a frying pan. Pour in small ladlefuls of the mixture, cover with slices of apple and cook for 1 minute. Turn the pancakes over and cook the other side for 1 and a half minutes.
Continue untul you've used all the mixture.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the pancakes when just before serving.
