Romanesco broccoli clafoutis

Ingredients (serves 6):


Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 6).

Separate the Romanesco broccoli into bouquets and steam cook it for 10 minutes.

Place the broccoli in an ovenproof dish and add the diced ham.

Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, milk, cheese and flour. Add salt and pepper, then pour this mixture over the broccoli.

Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
