Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Whip the eggs with the flour and melted butter then add the milk and 10ml of rum gradually to avoid lumps.
Grind 5 walnuts into powder and add them to the mixture then cook the pancakes.
Keep them warm by placing them between 2 plates on top of a saucepan of boiling water.
Heat the honey and add the rest of the walnuts.
Heat the rest of the rum.
Fold the pancakes into 4 and place them on the serving plate, cover with honey and walnuts, then flambé with the hot rum.
