Quick and easy fried rice

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):

    1 egg
    1 bowl of rice
    2 bowls of water
    2 stalks of spring onion

Method:

1-Cook the rice with water in a rice cooker.

2-Chop the spring onion and throw the head and the back of the spring onion.

3-Beat the egg in a bowl and fry the rice.

4-Fry the egg and spring onion together.
Advice: Grate some ginger to spice it up.
Add corn if you like.
