Origin of dish:  China
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 6):

    A large bowl of minced pork
    1 egg
    potsticker skins
    few pinches of salt
    some shrimps

Method:

1-Mix the pork and shrimps.

2-Wrap them with the potsticker skins and glue them together with the eggs then fold.

3-Fry in a pan.
Advice: Serve with vinegar.
