Basic dumpling balls

Origin of dish:  China
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 10):

    A medium pot of water + a medium bowl of water
    A large bowl of flour
    2 slices of rock sugar or 1/4-1/2 small bowl of brown sugar


1-Boil the water with the sugar.

2-Mix flour with the water left.

3-Roll the flour and water mixture into balls.

4-Boil the dumplings in the boiled water and serve hot.
Advice: You can add peanut paste or sesamme paste.
