Sichuan spicy hot pot stew

Origin of dish:  China
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):

    4 tbsp of vegetable stock
    2 chillies
    2 tbsp of chilli paste
    1 small pot with a small amount of water
    1 plate of sliced lamb


1-Cut the head of the chilli and chop the chilli.

2-Pour the water into the pot and boil with everything.

3-Serve by placing a pot outside with a gas stove and boil until the lamb is well-cooked.
Advice: Don't drink the stew, it's spicy and hot!
