Chinese steamed fish

Origin of dish:  China
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):

    1 fresh fish
    1 spring onion
    half of a piece of ginger
    1 tbsp of soy sauce

Method:

1-Chop the ginger into sticks.

2-Chop the spring onion.

3-Put the spring onions and the ginger on top of the fish.

4-Steam.

5-Pour on the soy sauce.
Advice: In China, people eat steamed fish in banquets especialy for Chinese New Year.
