Chocolate fondant

Origin of dish:  Europe
Type of cooking:  No cooking needed
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 10):


Mix the egg yolks and icing sugar until the mixture becomes smooth.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Mix the two preparations together and add the sifted cocoa.

Whip the cream then add the chocolate preparation.

Pour into a mould and leave to chill for 12 hours.

To cut the fondant, heat the knife blade beforehand.
