Chocolate muffins

Ingredients (serves 4):

    150g flour
    75g caster sugar
    4 tablespoons milk
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    50g butter
    100g cooking chocolate
    1 pinch of salt
    4 small round aluminium moulds (or ramekins)

Method:

1-Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the moulds.

2-Melt the butter, add the milk then the beaten egg. Mix well.

3-In a salad bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt then mix in the liquid mixture.

4-Mix well until the mixture becomes smooth.

5-Cut the chocolate into chunks and add to the mixture.

6-Fill the moulds until they are 3/4 full and put in the oven for about 18 minutes. Wait a few minutes before removing from the moulds.
