Ingredients (serves 8):Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 6).
2. Melt 150g of chocolate in the microwave with 100g of butter and 2 tablespoons of water. Add the eggs, sugar, flour and whip together. Add the baking powder and milk. Mix to obtain a smooth mixture.
3. Add a few pieces of chopped chestnut. Pour into a muffin mould, until it is 2/3 full.
4. Cook for about 15 to 16 minutes. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
5. In a small bowl, mix the melted chocolate, icing sugar and 20g of butter. Cover your muffins with it. Decorate with chopped chestnut and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
