Giant chocolate truffle

Origin of dish:  Europe
Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6):

    - 125g butter
    - 125g caster sugar
    - 200g dark chocolate
    - 3 eggs
    - 40g flour


Preheat oven to 250°C (Gas Mark 9).

Melt the chocolate and butter. Mix in the sugar.

Add the flour and eggs.

Cover a pie dish with greaseproof paper and pour in the chocolate mixture.

Cook for 7 minutes in hot oven.

Chill for 2 hours in the fridge and take out of the dish once cold.
